Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order as soon as you receive the shipping confirmation. Keep in mind that receiving a tracking number doesn’t mean your order is ready to ship. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been sent.

Why don’t I see my order even though it has been delivered?

We suggest waiting up to 2 days after your order is marked as delivered. If your package hasn’t arrived after that time, please contact your local Post Office or USPS to see exactly what is happening with your order.

How do I get a refund?

It’s simple; we accept returns for all unopened products within 30 days of your purchase date. If you meet these conditions, you’ll get a full refund. In case the items have been opened and used, we won’t be able to accept the return and will not provide a refund.
